A capable companion for the part of life that isn't your job. Built to be present in yours, so you can be present in everything else.

Shannon handles the small stuff.

Shannon picks up what life pushes down.

Shannon makes the room.
Your life, in pieces it can hold
Shannon doesn’t think in apps or inboxes. It thinks in the parts of life that actually matter to you - and keeps each one in good shape.

People and Relationships
The ones who matter most. Shannon remembers what you’d forget.
“Your daughter’s birthday is in 11 days. I’ve found three gifts based on what she’s into right now.”

Wellbeing & Health
The habits that get dropped, the check-ups that get pushed. Shannon holds the line.
“There’s a new guided running app that builds you up slowly, perfect for getting back into it. Want me to set it up?”

Mundane
The small stuff that eats the day. Shannon clears it.
“Home insurance renews in 22 days. I’ve compared three options - one saves you $380.”

Community & Giveback
The groups where you belong. Shannon helps you show up more.
“The school parents’ committee is looking for volunteers for the spring fair. Want me to flag it or skip it?”

Passion
The things you loved before life got so full. Shannon keeps them alive.
“Weekend woodworking workshop near you next month. Beginner-friendly, well-reviewed. Shall I book it?”

Growth
Books, courses, the things you swore you’d learn. Shannon keeps the thread going.
“You’re halfway through Atomic Habits. Found a podcast where the author goes deeper on the chapter you just finished.”

Our promise
Shannon isn’t backed by big tech. It’s built by a small, independent team who believe AI should push you back toward your life - not deeper into a feed. No ads, no data harvesting, no engagement tricks. The kind of product you’d actually trust with your family’s life.
Shannon will never sell your data, never use it to train AI models, and never share it with advertisers. Encrypted at rest. Downloadable at any time. If you leave, we keep nothing.
Shannon is not engineered to be addictive. We don't optimise for time-on-app. If Shannon helps you live a better life with less of Shannon, that's exactly what success looks like to us.
Shannon tells you what it's about to do - before it does it. You decide what it can see, what it can act on, and where the line is. Trust is earned, never assumed.
Hit a wall? You'll talk to a person. Not a ticket, not a bot, not in three business days. Because AI built for real life should come with real support.
Shannon is a paid subscription - simple, transparent, no tiers designed to upsell you. We'd rather charge you a fair, flat price than build the kind of business that has to harvest your attention to survive.

Questions, gently answered
Real questions from the people we’ve already let in. Answers in plain English. If something here isn’t clear, just drop us a note.
Two things, in parallel. First, Shannon helps you make space for what you actually want more of: the relationship with your son, the hobby you keep meaning to restart, the project you can't quite finish. You name it, Shannon helps turn it into something concrete (a weekly walk, a standing Saturday morning), put it on the calendar, and follow through with you. Second, Shannon clears your plate. It connects to the things you already use - email, calendar, WhatsApp, files - and looks after the small admin of your life. It's not a chatbot you talk to and forget. It's a steady, capable companion that gets to know your life and helps you stay on top of it without thinking about it.
For life. But it won't ignore your work. Shannon can handle work tasks - emails, research, scheduling - the same way any good AI can. But that's not what makes it different. Shannon is built for the parts of life that every other AI overlooks: your family, your health, your money, your home, the things you keep meaning to get to. Work is something Shannon can do. Life is what Shannon is for.
Currently: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and WhatsApp. More integrations are coming. You choose which services to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
No. Shannon is useful the moment you start talking to it. But when you do connect your email, that's when things get interesting. Shannon starts catching things on its own. Bills coming due. People waiting on you. Deadlines you didn't put in your calendar. The stuff that usually falls through the cracks.
Not at first, and never without your say-so. Early on, Shannon mostly listens, suggests, and waits. You confirm everything. Over time, as it learns the kinds of things you'd happily hand over, it'll take on more of the small stuff - but only the kinds of tasks you've already given it permission for. You can pull back access at any moment. The rule is simple: Shannon tells you what it's about to do, before it does it.
This is the thing we care about most. We don't sell your data. We don't show you ads. Your emails stay your emails. Every company that touches your data has signed a data processing agreement, everything is encrypted, and each user's data is completely separate. We wrote a Privacy Policy that's actually readable if you want the full picture.
Nobody is browsing your inbox. The Shannon team does not have routine access to your data. If you contact support and we need to look at something to help you, that access is documented and limited. That's it.
No. Your personal content - emails, messages, conversations - is not used to train the underlying AI models that power Shannon. We use commercial AI APIs whose terms/settings do not allow your data to be used for model training. We do use de-identified/aggregated usage patterns and feedback to improve Shannon (e.g., onboarding, what makes a good Daybreak, and common failure modes). This is product improvement, not AI model training. We never sell your personal content, and we only share data with service providers as needed to operate Shannon.
No. If you can text a friend, you can use Shannon. There are no workflows to build, no automations to wire up, no settings panels to learn. You just tell Shannon what you'd like - in normal words, the way you'd ask anyone - and it gets on with it.
Those are brilliant at one-off questions. You ask, they answer, the conversation ends. Shannon is built for the long arc - to know your people, your patterns, your week, the things you care about. It doesn't start cold every morning. Day 30 is meant to be better than day one.
Shannon is AI. It can be wrong. It might miss something, misread a deadline, or suggest something that doesn't quite fit. Always review anything important before acting on it.
Say so. "Stop doing that" works. Shannon adjusts immediately and remembers your preference. You're in control of how it works with you.
Two ways. The fastest is the Flag icon on any message: click it, a window opens, type what went wrong, and there's a checkbox to include the conversation log so the team can see exactly what happened. Click submit and it's logged. In the same window, you can also let us know if Shannon said or did something that pleasantly surprised you in the best possible way. You can also just type it in the chat: "this is a bug, write an email to the Shannon team about it." Shannon drafts the message and sends it after you approve.
A small team at Cluesmith, building carefully. The product is named for Claude Shannon, the mathematician who worked out how information moves - which felt about right. If something breaks, you can talk to a real person.
We'll share pricing closer to general release. Early access is free while we get it right. The intent is for Shannon to feel like a fair monthly subscription - closer to what you'd pay for a good streaming service than what an executive assistant costs. Genuinely useful, genuinely affordable, no ads.
We're letting people in slowly, in small batches. Join the list and we'll get in touch when it's your turn - usually within a few weeks. No rush. We'd rather take our time and get it right than rush something that's going to live this close to your life.
